Concrete Paving Products and Tiles – C.E.L. Paving Products
C.E.L. Concrete Products was originally founded as a manufacturer of concrete bricks and blocks in 1994, and today they focus on high quality concrete paving products, with the brick and block side of the business becoming a side line.
New handling and processing equipment was introduced to refine quality even further and to increase production to serve rising demand for the company’s products.Specialty paving products have since been developed by Rocha Formed Stone which are manufactured and marketed by C.E.L. Paving Products in the Western Cape, and by Mobicast in the Southern Cape.
In 2005, they commissioned a second paving plant in Rand Road, Blackheath, resulting in them being at the forefront in dry pressed concrete paving in the Western Cape, both in terms of their manufacturing, and packaging capabilities.
